Great service for the last two years. More so recently - things go wrong, anyone that says it doesnt is lying. The measure of good service is how they respond. Chris, Kirsty and Marie made sure there was no disruption and got a courtesy car to us ASAP at no additional cost and kept us up to date really well.Weve had cars from many dealerships in the area and whilst this is the service we would expect, its not reflective of the service other dealerships in the area offer - so credit where credit is due!Great work Kirsty and team!

Very very poor response to a clear manufacturing faultA simple, but annoying, issue with an air vent knob unresolved, a quick look on the internet and within Ateca forums shows that this is an ongoing quality issueHowever, Riverside decide to say that there is clear damage due to air freshener use (I have had the car from new and am the only driver and have NEVER put anything in the vent)Others on forums say they have had the same response.... Must be a standard customer fobDealer is intransigent so I have raised it with Seat but expect further disappointmentI was getting on ok with the car, which is my first Seat, but would think very hard about buying Seat againAnd never from this dealerJust a shame I cannot score zero stars
Repaired my car for injector and worked fine for 2 weeks and same issue come across again :(
Been here a few times for recalls for my car, also cleaned up my car nicely! And the service advisers are nice and keen to help!
