Dan looked after us and sent a good video of the car which resulted in us coming to buy the car. However on the day of collection the service was not up to Mercedes standard as we were left unattended for one and a half hours which spoiled what should of been a special occasion.
Not good, safety recall on a 3 month old E class to passenger seat base. The base that is now fitted does not match the divers side,the side next to the passenger door is not straight and the stitching is not straight,I wish I had never taken it in. I would prefer if the original base was put back so it was the same as the divers side.NOT IMIMPRESS AT ALL
As always Lister's customer service is the very best there is. Our car problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the Technician (Steve) kept us fully informed at all times as well as keeping the cost as low as possible. All cars are built to the same high standards today no matter where you choose to buy one from, but good customer service will always win my order. Can't fault them.
Fine, as expected. MOT and cleaning dealt with extremely quickly. Advice given was appropriate. Very helpful.
Great service from James Phillips, the young man dealing with your stores and the technician carrying out the service. Only one small complaint - no video showing the state of the brake discs, pads and other general items on the car. Perhaps these have been stopped now but I must admit to finding these extremely useful.
