Super restaurant in the centre of Hessle. Short walk from the Weir so parking was ok. Ordered skirt steak with chicken wings to start, both really excellent. Beef dripping chips are a must. Very good value steaks as well, great cut of meat which was cooked to perfection. Restaurant is definitely more Argentinian than South American generally, but there are some other good South American dishes on the menu, like the Moqueca de Peixe. Our experience was made all the better by the really friendly and attentive waiter we had, great guy who couldnt do enough to ensure we had a good meal. Will be back for sure
Incredibly good food, the mixed grill and starters that were ordered were all full of flavor. Reviews are correct - you usually do just get one potato with a main however it is a large potato and it has been fried with butter, making it very rich. The standout for me was the knowledge and care to detail by the staff. Would highly recommend.
