Within 3 hours of me having the valuation from Philip Bannister and before the property had gone onto the internet, they rang me up to say they had an existing client they thought would love the property. Sure enough they did and later that day a sale was agreed. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole process was so easy for me as Bannister's took care of everything. The whole team were so good, special thanks to Sue who I mainly dealt with.

I have used Philip Bannister & Co, twice now for renting my property out, which the service was next to done and having the property dealt with by one of the director of the company, made me feel like my home was their home. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication and service was the best I have ever received. Upon selling my property, the excellent service continued, from regular updates whilst up for sale, to viewing feedback, (which was Honest) and then once an offer was received, they continually pushed to get me the best price and then once sold, regular updates from them, giving me step by step guide from start to finish. You can tell this company has been around for a while and proves money can not buy knowledgeable and experienced staff.
