Id seen the deal on jack Daniels at 15 I thought great I will stock up. When getting to the jack Daniels shelf it had gone we had told one of the staff who called for someone to top up the shelf 15minutes later we decided to leave and come back the next. Still none the next day, I spoke to one of the staff who told me they ordered 6 for this morning and sold them early. Asda dont offer item for sale if your not going to stock them. VERY VERY NAUGHTY
Recently went shopping here at 7.45am . Weekly shop and when I got to the till only the self service was open. One person cleaning the other tills and one woman on the self service. The till constantly saying item not recognised or that it was not in bag. If I had known these were the only tills open I would not have shopped here. The excuse of not enough customers to warrant a single till operative does not even fair as behind me were three customers with similar shops. I appreciate it may not always happen but surely there was someone to help instead of customers waiting a long time and losing custom as you have and Im sure you will continue to
