Took my two here last week there nuts and the girl took good care of them .washed dryed and nials done great job
I returned x2 bags of Dog food which was received on the 5thMarch and no refund to date, I called the store and had to repeat the order number constantly to then be asked what I had returned as the return had been over rided and was told to go off and check what I returned and call back I repeated x2 bags of dog food and was told that doesnmt help yet the parcel had an amazon slip and not my issue members of staff are not handling the returns correctly.The lady is rude and TERMINATED the call and when I called to ask when my refund will be issued I was met with a reply of the same amount of time it took to be received into her account.RUDE LADY AND DO NOT SEE THIS BUSINESS BEING OPEN FOR LONG, CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORKING ALONG AND MAYBE AN EAR TEST AS CLEARLY DOES NOT HEAR TO WELL

I have ordered Alfa ferret food on many occasions and always arrived next day as they said,Plus they rang me when it arrived as they said they would. Very cheerful staff and helpful.
Ordered bird food, never arrived. Couldn't contact on phone so Amazon refunded money promptly but will definitely avoid Maltbys again.
