bought a john deer tractor and trailer from this coyboy company sent emails and phoned them 10 times don't reply the tractor cost 330 when open befor xmas eve 1 part missing since being on their site they don't answer anyone please , please don't buy from them ive since contacted the company who make them lets hope they stop using them selling their goods
Having read some of the reviews on this site i was very worried when the John Deere tractor that we had ordered for my grandson's Christmas present arrived with a broken mudguard. I emailed Duplay and within an hour Liam had got back to me saying that a replacement would be delivered on Wednesday which it was. Customer service at its best. Thank you.
Will never order from here again. Terrible customer service. We've had a broken car for months. We have the ford ranger wikdtrack (2018 orange). The axel has broke and they sent a new one which we had to remove and then install ourself. It broke again immediately (we had a 2 year old in there so not heavy). We decided the car was clearly badly made and to avoid this keep happening we asked to replace the whole car and let us add money towards a different car. Not made in china. They wouldn't. We've sent it back for them to weld the axel. But havent heard back when I emailed to ask if they got it recorded delivery weeks ago. Will never buy from them.
No aftersales customer care. My items box arrived ground in dirt and damaged, but as it was a present, I was so embarrassed to gift it. And it wasnt a cheap item! Their reply was all items in the warehouse will get grubby Amazon knocks spots off these people and their warehouse must be 10x larger. No exchange offered with rude replies. Have given up but will never use again.
Horrendous Company!!After confirming delivery would arrive in time via live chat etc I placed my order in good faith. The day of arrival I called to ask for tracking information. After many calls I was told there suppliers phone wasnt working and they were not replying to emails... they advised I go out to purchase another electric ride on to ensure I had it for my sons birthday in time!!!!We have been left totally got smacked by this company. Its beyond words. I blame myself for not reading these reviews before hand. Its something I always normally do but on this occasion I didnt. I feel Ive let myself down. We still havent heard one word regards a refund or where the product actually is at present. We have had to buy another item as it was our sons birthday today. They have also mentioned if we want to return the product once delivered we will be charged a returns fee!!!! This will not be happening. I feel they should be compensating us with the hassles we have had. We feel completely lied to. I hope you find our review helpful in making your decision to purchase from Duplay. We will very gladly never be using this company again. Appalling customer service.
