Staff are nice and helpful, no issues with that at all. The pricing however may be a problem. I found the shoe I bought for 110 for 43 just after leaving, and this was on several sites in variety of sizes. I understand the independent aspect and appreciate there may be a small mark up, but prepare to be unsatisfied if you leave the store and check prices. Also no refunds, just exchange or credit note, which they dont overtly make you aware of when buying. I'm afraid this is the reason people are abandoning stores for the internet
Popped in to find some new running shoes for longer distances. Received some expert advice, gait analysis and left with some well priced Hoka One One running shoes. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Thanks Andy !
