We went in a month prior to picking up to ask questions etc, the lady on the desk explained in perfect detail along with reassurances of questions we had and even showed us an example of a similar van they had in the car park at the time.On the pick morning, everything went perfect and quick as we had to be on the road asap with the van and left just 5 minutes after they opened at 8, giving us time to beat traffic.
