Ive had a few cakes from the cake room and all of them have been absolutely fantastic! So moist and taste so good! The attention to detail is also fantastic! Will never get my cakes from anywhere else! Excellent value for money! Would highly recommend definately 5*
Fantastic cake yet again!This was my second purchase. The first being a fireman sam cake last year for my daughter's first birthday and we just picked up her 2nd birthday cake a few days ago (toy story). Beautiful to look at and even better to eat. Very tasty and moist. We will look forward to our next order for her 3rd. Thank you so much.
I've bought cakes from here for special occasions and they're certainly not cheap I've never had a problem till now wish I could post the pictures but I can't and also wish I didn't have to give one star because I most certainly will not be purchasing anything from here again the cake I bought was also around a hundred pounds for a special occasion and the icing was 3 inches thick was very sickly and could not give anyone a piece what a waste of money anyone who puts good comments have either been lucky or just buying buns because this is not a one off absolute waste of money.
We have bought many cakes from here in the past and they are not cheap. they now seem to have gone to pot. my daughter just paid 100.00 pound for my grandson's 1St birthday cake and it was absolutely awful it was all icing and hardly any sponge will definitely not recommend anyone to go here you could get better cakes from cooplands or Asda for will definitely be complaining about this.
The Cake Room in Hessle is beyond words! What an incredible team of people and the amazing talents of Wendy are breath taking. We had an emergency with a disastrous cake for my 8 year old daughter's cake. 5pm on a Saturday evening this whole team of amaizing people came to our rescue. The cake they put together for my daughter made me cry it was so beautiful.Thank you doesn't express what I want to say to these people and my recommendation goes way beyond 5 stars! I will never use anybody else again.
